Jun.-Prof. Otto regularly teaches in the law programme of the University of Düsseldorf. His lectures inlcude subjects from the general civil law directed at students completing their basic studies and courses directed at the preparation of students attending their first state examination. He especially focusses on  'corporations and markets' in the specialized phase of the law studies at Heinrich Heine University. The lectures concerning the basic studies are accompanied by courses teaching the practical application of the subject matter.
