Dr. Jasper van den Boom

Obtained Master’s degree at Tilburg University in the program ‘European Economic & Competition Law’, where he was also a research assistant in the area of Data Portability at the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology and Society (TILT).

Junior lecturer at Utrecht University between 2018 and 2019 in the areas European Law, International Law, Regulating Law & Technology, as well as supervising Bachelor theses.

PhD candidate at Tilburg University with TILT between 2019 and 2023, conducted research in the areas of competition law, the regulation of digital markets & cybersecurity. Supervised Bachelor & Master theses in the areas of competition law & digital regulation, taught courses at the Bachelor and Master level on competition law, legal methodology, and digital regulation.

Postdoctoral Researcher at Tilburg University from 2023 to 2024 with the Academic Collaborative Centre Climate & Energy, conducted research in the areas of competition and energy law and helped to coordinate setting up the Academic Collaborative Centre.
