During the period recommended for travelling to the University of Hull you can take advantage of a shuttle service from Manchester airport to Hull. Outside the recommended travel period, you will have to organise this yourself.

Examinations:

The examinations consist in final written exams or small pieces of homework. They are held in the second half of January or from mid-May until the beginning of June.

Please note that two Hull credits correspond to one ECTS credit. This means that you need to get 60 credits per semester in Hull, in order to attain 30 ECTS credits. You can find a course overview here. It is advisable to choose "undergraduate modules" and (if possible) "first year modules" (e.g. Public Law and the Constitution, Legal Skills, Legal Systems).  You have the option of taking part in language courses – e.g. “English for Academic Purposes” offered by the Languages Department. You can register for this when you arrive.  There are courses that only last for one semester, as well as ones that last a whole year. Please bear this in mind if you would only like to spend one semester in Hull.
