The research of Prof. Dr. Christian Kersting, LL.M. (Yale) focuses on German and European business and corporate law as well as general civil law. A particular interest lies in commercial and corporate law, capital markets law as well as competition law. Furthermore, in his capacity as one of the academic supervisors of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot at HHU he is interested in questions of international commercial sales law and arbitration.

He is inter alia one of the editors of the German competition law commentary “Kersting/Meyer-Lindemann/Podszun” and author of numerous articles and contributions to commentaries.
